Google Express is Google's new shopping mall which features a growing stable of retailers and brands including Walmart, Costco, Target and The Home Depot. Announced in August, Google Express is growing like crazy. Total monthly visitors climbed to 20 million by year end 2017 from a standing start in August.
As you can see from the graph below, Google's ecommerce marketshare has a long way to grow to catch eBay and Amazon.
We expect a big year for Google's ecommerce business as the tech giant leverages its scale, search and mobile platforms and couples it with a retailer-friendly marketplace model.
