This week, a member of our team spent time on-site with our earliest beta partner to help improve and customize the Zentail Commerce platform. It's only Thursday morning, and it's shaping up to be the most productive week in our current development cycle.

By listening to our customer's feedback, studying the way the platform is being used, and concentrating on the nuances of their warehouse operation, we were able to dramatically improve performance and functionality over the past 48 hours. Our on-site team member had a running dialog with our development team, exposing actionable issues and opportunities. Our customer is shocked to see much of their feedback is already live. Moving forward, our customer has an easy way to provide us with feedback and issues which we will take action on immediately.

This particular customer uses SkuVault as their warehouse management system. SkuVault is a leading cloud-based WMS provider that we've partnered with. Together, through deep integration and close collaboration, we're able to deliver a seamless connection between the warehouse and the marketplace.

Customization is a powerful thing. Rapidly iterating based on careful study and customer feedback is making Zentail Commerce the most innovative multi-channel inventory and order management platform for selling on Jet.com, Amazon, Ebay, Shopify and more. There's certainly a lot of room for improvement, and we're working hard to deliver the best possible solution for each customer's unique needs.
