→ You have an established physical presence (business and bank account) in the U.S.

→ Your products are inclusive and respect dimensions such as age, race/ethnicity, body size, physical abilities, and sexual orientation.*

→ Your products are environmentally sensitive or must meet stringent requirements for storage, disposal, or shipping.**

*All products and accompanying promotional/marketing imagery go through a thorough review by Target. Seasonal or holiday items, apparel, and accessories undergo stricter scrutiny to ensure compliance.

**While you can sell items like these on Target Plus, you must first register them with UL WERCSmart. This third party helps determine how a product should be sold, handled, stored, transported, and disposed of based on manufacturer specifications.
